6月22日上午，河南省人民政府发展研究中心、平顶山市人民政府、平煤神马集团、平高集团、平顶山学院合作共建“资源型城市转型发展研究院”、“平煤神马学院”、“平高学院”签约暨揭牌仪式在平顶山学院中心会议室隆重举行。省政府发展研究中心党组书记、主任谷建全，平顶山市人民政府副市长李毛、副市长王朴，平煤神马集团总经理杨建国，平高集团执行董事、总经理、党委副书记任伟理，平顶山学院党委书记王文鹏，院长苏晓红，省人民政府发展研究中心、平顶山市政府、平煤神马集团、平高集团其他相关负责同志及平顶山学院全体校领导、中层干部、师生代表参加了活动。
